How We Work

Working in Occupied Facilities

We've completed projects for local school boards while classes and daily activities continued. This requires careful planning, attention to safety and close coordination with school staff to minimize disruption.

Quality From Start to Finish

From bidding and purchasing through construction and close-out, we stay focused on each project's requirements. We monitor workmanship, address deficiencies as they arise, and coordinate the final handover.

Safety & Compliance

Safety is a priority on every project.

Our team follows applicable Ontario health and safety regulations and established workplace procedures, including training in WHMIS and Working at Heights.

We also recognize the importance of working safely in occupied facilities, where protecting building occupants and minimizing disruption are essential.
