How do we work to meet the needs of our clients?
Take for example the work we have done for various local School Boards. Each school we have worked with has been fully operational throughout completion. In every case, our team worked to ensure the safety of students, staff, & stakeholders within the building while causing minimal disruption to daily activities. Our team has a foundational understanding that keeping everyone comfortable inside the building is paramount while on-site.

As the project progresses, our team ensures that workmanship is performed to the highest quality & that any deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner. Once the project has entered the close-out phase, our team ensures all facility aspects conform with stakeholder requirements & our administrative staff assist with turnover to the user group.

Our team is well-versed in local codes & regulations, strictly following the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Ontario W.H.M.I.S. Regulation, & Ontario Regulation 654 on all projects. At Orion Construction & Management Co. Ltd., ensuring a safe environment for workers and subcontractors is our priority, minimizing disruptions to owners' ongoing operations.
Our entire staff is familiar with the standard safety procedures including WHMIS, Working at Heights, CPR-C, Toolbox Talks, & is proficient in reciting the company’s health & safety policies. Additionally, we prioritize workplace violence and harassment prevention & EDIA, ensuring a comprehensive & certified team is ready to handle diverse project needs & safety requirements.
